Kel is a 6th generation dairy farmer and with his wife Mahlah, have been value adding to the farm since 2013. The herd is made up of Holsteins & every step is done on the farm from milking to hand bottling and making their premium small batch gelato, yoghurt & haloumi. Born in Sicilly, Sam comes from a proud and very long line of cheesemakers and his father Salvatore was one of the first to make ricotta in Sydney. Sam makes a range of natural cheeses including fetta, haloumi, mozzarella, his award winning ricotta and other Italian styles. You’ll find Sam’s ‘cheddar blend’ as the cheese across most of the Burger Frank burgers, the taste is mild & it has a great melting quality. John & his wife Sally, along with their son Thomas, a 7th generation farmer, have been operating the farm since 2001. They bottle their own milk for distribution, as well as buy in milk from other local farms & produce their own cream & yoghurt.
